When full time staff augmentation services are not warranted, Hawk specialists routinely provide specific consulting expertise on a defined task basis. These assignments are usually short term in nature and focus on a clearly defined task or aspect of a project. These services are usually provided individually by Hawk's most senior consultants or our principals, sometimes working in teams with other Hawk employees or with client staff.
We are results oriented, cost effective consultants. Our goal is to understand the issues quickly; make specific, useful recommendations; and then get out of the way so that work can proceed and/or organizations can advance. We will work with your staff or other consultants, providing solutions to your most difficult problems. |
